There’s a pretty great discord server for my profession. I would love it so much more on a message board. Searching something then wading through other people talking in the middle of trying to read troubleshooting information sucks!

Completely understand that. No idea where you live but a lot of therapists near me do hybrid stuff where you can do in office or do it via video call. That helped me a lot working 10 hours a day plus an hour commute each way.

I have no regrets from doing this. I’m proud of you! The only people who had issues with me, I didn’t need in my life anyways.

I’m 37. I’ve actually had a meltdown so bad I accidentally gave myself a concussion (accidentally smacked my head during a fully body tantrum). Shit sucks. You’re not alone. If you’ve never tried it before (or even if you have) therapy with an autism/ADHD informed therapist can definitely help minimize some of this.

I think it’s less that theyre stupid and more that it’s literally been designed to be an addiction machine. And the average person isn’t consuming media from other sources because at one point, things posted on the addiction machine came from multiple sources. They just missed the subtle changes over time. It’s by design and it’s evil.
