Steam Update:
99% of the time I agree, but the new UI change from a few weeks ago has been pretty good on at least MacOS and I’ll see how it works on Linux when I get near my desktop again.
It works great!
Everyone was losing their minds about the new UI, so I got hyped and updated Steam… and I honestly can’t tell the difference. Like, I’m thinking it was A/B testing and I’m in group B? I mean, it launches on the store page instead of the library page now, that’s nice…
It actually works now, for the most part. Before the update, many things were obnoxiously slow to react on even very modern hardware.
That’s what I’m most excited about, really.
May I ask why you’re using Steam on MacOS?
There are multiple games that support MacOS and I can remote play into my main machine.
Changed “ov” to “of” in the comment on line 132 for the in game music player.
Gems in inventory from 10 years ago are now split into stack by date and time acquired to maximize visibility in inventory.
Fixed but that allowed Popular sections “Sort by Date” option in the workshop to show dates older than current week.
Shuffled last played dates in library for games not played in over 5 years to see if anyone notices.
