I’m conflicted… I got a mod that let’s you snap power poles to a spot on each machine. Made it look like a cute power antenna. I like that aesthetic, but… daisy chaining…

Looked like Gmod ragdolls a little bit, to me. The body was kind of flopping/hanging and the head/shoulders were rigged.

Warframe recently changed pugs to automatically and instantly disband upon mission completion. It’s kind of awesome. I actually don’t only play solo now.

There’s a mod to basically remove loading screens in Fallout 4. It “unlocks the framerate” when load screens are detected, and it functionally eliminates load screens. It’s fucking insane that that’s all the game actually needs. It’s lile Bethesda put a goddamn “wait” command in just to slow the game down.

Some buddies of mine all got together and tried replaying Phantasy Star Online. Back in 2002? High school. Fuckit Plenty of time to grind. Level 199-200 is more XP than level 1-199. The game is a grind.

The new fan server has a sandbox mode. All it took was me saying “guys. I’m 40. I’m not putting another 2200 hours into this fucking title to get back to where I was on Dreamcast and GameCube. I’m playing sandbox. Join me there if you want.”

So now we just fuck around with mid-level characters with whatever fashionable weapons we can conjure up. We already put in our time. It’d be insane to do it all over from scratch.
