Check out UHK (ultimate hacking keyboard). Not quite full size but I have 2 and they have been working for years.

I have a single micro itx htpc/media server/nas in my bedroom. Why use containers?

I’m not sure how closely it satisfies all your requirements, but I have 2 ultimate hacking keyboards, and they serve me well. Open source firmware with clients for Windows Mac and Linux. Once settings are programmed into the keyboard, they work regardless of connected OS.

It’s a 60% keyboard with no numpad… Ymmv.

Please also grace me with this python goodness.

I long ago moved to a pair of 4TB hdds and recently upgraded to a pair of 16TBs

Disk… drive?

Not sure if it maps to your requirements exactly, but check out the UHK:

I have a v1 and a v2. Very happy with both.

Existing established open source projects? Basically never.

My own piles of shit with open source licenses? All the time.

Shit like this made me dump Mint more than a decade ago. I’ve been very happy with Debian (Sid).

There is no such thing as a visual learner.

I never figured out why, but I couldn’t get any version of suse to work properly on my computers. I’ve been with Debian (sid) for about a decade now, so not the most up to date criticism here.

There are many on A**n, look for 104 mechanical keyboard .

I had to delete my account and log in again. That fixed it. I don’t think the issue is on the sync side.

Technically, lithobraking is the final stage of any descent, but high speed lithobraking is usually not conducive for future mission objectives.

Nope
