That would be maddening. It seems wild that all of these voice assistants (LLM or no) are a decade old and still have very basic issues and limitations. I wonder if these huge companies are bad at product development or if it’s simply a doomed category?

Pretty sure if you downloaded/updated from within the app you should be fine, as the threat is for net new installs

It’s worth noting these companies try to capture & record every inch of a city before entering the market there. Without these models the vehicles would drive significantly worse. This isn’t really a scalable business model from what I’ve read
