I’ve dabbled with LR enough to know the basics but haven’t done much in the way of importing files, so most of my photos are sat in storage.

I want to be rid of Adobe entirely. Is Immich as straightforward to use as LR?

I had a manager once threaten to fire me for even mentioning technical debt. He said the CTO was of the same view. I genuinely don’t understand why. It’s just denial. Thankfully both have moved on. Current manager doesn’t understand tech debt but doesn’t question the padding in the estimation.

My wife is still on Mac OSX, but my son has embraced Mint. I’m a bit cheesed off that there aren’t (obviously) many kid friendly programming tutorial resources, other than maybe getting a sub to codeacademy. Other than that, all good.
