People are downvoting because they can’t reconcile one side being better than the other with both sides being bad. Is sacrificing citizens for AI companies a partisan issue? Does the mainstream democratic party oppose the unsustainable construction of data centers and what happens to people near those data centers?

The lesser of two evils is still evil

The people might want to ask themselves about the illusion of choice. The duopoly never loses, it’s all a right wing con, the filthy rich are always in control.

Maybe try democracy and vote for a different party…

The only mention of a party named ‘reform’ I have previously heard of is in the uk, where reform is a far right party, the uk have multiple other parties, just as every real democracy does.

The reform party in the USA apparently doesn’t even have ballot access. You have political parties that cannot be voted for? wtaf

There are other options, but the USA is the least democratic ‘democracy’ that has ever existed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_political_parties_in_the_United_States

I mean the voting system needs to be reformed. There is no reform party, and cannot be because the voting system allows for only two parties. If Tucker Carlson or whoever manages to create a different far right party that steals more than 5% but less than 95% of the vote from the current far right party, that’s bad for far right voters because the less right party will always come out ahead in major elections.
