It’s… not supposed to make the game better? It’s supposed to make working conditions for the team better.
Besides, better working conditions for the team means more mentally healthy workers means a better and more creative product.
I never said it was to make the game better, only that it probably won’t which is what’s mostly relevant to me.
I don’t really have sympathy for people working for blizzard.
