Yeah, who’d have thought that the class of people famous for hoarding their wealth would not stimulate the economy much? Trickle down economics my ass. Lmao

Eh I hate playing with randoms tbh

What I’m getting from that statement is that they are releasing the campaign at launch and there will be no online for a while or they won’t make online and continue supporting GTAO. I have no idea how you got what you’re saying from the phrase “single player experience” that’s literally a term devs have been using for over a decade and it’s never meant it’s a half asses campaign slapped onto multiplayer. Cyber punk is a single player experience. It’s a common enough term that you should be able to understand it but instead you’re lashing out at anyone asking you why you think what you think instead of actually explaining your reasoning. So here I am, one more person who’s not gonna ask you to explain it because you can just say what you wanna say instead of playing “pull my finger” lmao

Yeah some of these games look genuinely fun but I have like 1 friend and I can’t even get him to play the same game as me lmao

Well whatever the reasons/terminology, it doesn’t change the fact that people simply can’t afford to spend ridiculous amounts on luxury/optional purchases. I know a lot of people across the U.S. who are choosing between food and rent. As for myself, I’m a disabled veteran and only get so much in disability per month. With my wife being laid off, I have exactly enough to pay rent and buy groceries every month and that’s about it. I understand what you’re saying, but unless people’s wages are actually adjusted for this new economy, these companies are going to lose money. It’s not a matter of want, it’s a matter of literally not having the money to spend.

The price does line up with current pre builds but from what I’ve seen the performance is less than that of a ps5. You can’t even play cyberpunk 2077 on max settings on the SM so I don’t imagine it will run things like GTA6 and future AAA games that well.

I’m curious to see whether companies will actually reduce prices back to the norm after the bubble pops tbh. Historically, inflation only goes one way.
Yeah I’m completely done with Sony. They also killed Destiny as a franchise and are already getting ready to launch a PS6 despite them basically producing no games during the pandemic because most people didn’t own a ps5 due to shortages. Feels like we got half a life cycle for this console, then they release the pro for like twice the price, and now they expect you to get ready to upgrade. And of course they are stopping disc production while simultaneously proving they can and will just stop letting you use your digital purchases. I’m sticking to PC and switch 2 for the foreseeable future. I honestly may never buy another console.
