Reach had armor abilities and loadouts, which people hated. I thought it was a good spin on the multiplayer. Though at the time people were weary of the series continuing in that direction as opposed to being a one-off idea specific to Reach.

The single-player campaign is absolute cinema. It ends in a very Rogue One -> A New Hope sort of way.

They ain’t worth the resources they drain because people keep giving them huge incentives. In Virginia for example they don’t even pay sales tax, pocketing $1.6 billion a year.

This is just kind of how all software is; operating systems, video games, whatever. It’s going to be shit for a while after launching. Sometimes it becomes less shit as it matures.

And PC games are easily accessible. Digital downloads for consoles only last as long as their specific storefront.

Steam Workshop is more of a player-level storefront.
