This is my very first single player Minecraft world started in 2011 that I still play to this day. I started adding signs in 2013.

    I like that the signs only contain the information about sign placement. Just like ancient Scandinavian runestones - they usually were like this: “This stone was engraved for Thor by his son Hjorvard. Eric did the engraving.” Why add anything?

      I think it tells us a lot about humans. Doesn’t really matter what, or why, but we want people to know “I was here”
