Pursuing a voice to match that of “Her” is a very weird move considering the story it tries to convey

Moreso then “going full Nazi” just spreading misinformation on sensitive topics. Feels like a pretty good safeguard until people realize that AI is a not only not the most reliable source of information but worse a full blown liar in its current implementation
Nearly spat out my drinks at the leap in logic
I do this even when it’s something extremely minor. “Yeah they brushed me as they went past and said sorry but what if it was more then a brush and a stumbled and fell on the road? Some people…”
But even when you don’t remember your dreams you still remember them being there. Maybe this is just me being stupid but I feel like I dream most nights but I may remember like bits of one or two a week and other nights it’s might just be burry colours and a general idea of the mood
Is it the boomers this time? I remember millennials thinking that about zoomers and now they’ve grown up, zoomers have been saying it about Gen Alpha calling them iPad babys
I am, but also, this is at multiple reputable places so it’s a trend more than just one shitty business. It could also just be companies are less likely to let people stay with them in good faith and it might be about new blood coming in to organise
This is interesting because firings I’ve been involved with nearly always cut the important staff first because they make the most. The more valuable, the more you get paid and therefore the more you save when they go.
Sucks that there’s so many layoffs happening in tech right now that my first reaction was “that’s not that bad”.
Should have been more clear, I’m talking about a 3D open world Pokemon. So the closest one to that is Digimon, which doesn’t have captures. It took until Pokémon themselves created a poor version of what people asked for in this instance for another one to appear.
Not really. In fact technology is often a great example of good demand but little effort put in to meet it. Open source software is riddled with issues that people are too eager enough to report but not eager enough to fix for everyone . We have an example of Palworld finally filling a niche described in the market for almost 2 decades.
You can’t say that and keep it off the only subscription model that is making any waves. Honestly, if you want subscription options to take off, you need to ride the gamepass wave until it subsides and then build up from their when people are lost with all their games gone or on a subscription that is way too expensive.
It probably depends on the university. There are definitely dregs of “incel” culture that get in but they can’t socialize and are usually left alone. In the workforce, interviews stop them from getting much further then that.
I know it’s a joke but I could barely join a meeting in my underwear without the paranoia of clicking the video, let alone without them
I really do think Elemental was quite good, The advertising was really god awful. It was a movie about cultural and societal boundaries and prejudice, not about a opposites attract romance.
I wonder if there’s a correlation between the accidents and people fucking around with automation, the types of people buying them or the car itself.
It’s not that people don’t work enough but when companies close in on monopolies there is less pressure to grab market and when companies with high stock prices offer stocks, there is bound to be some relaxation when you find out your stocks have inflated like a large Christmas bonus. There’s not much you can do about it is the thing. Every company does it’s best when competitive and the problems occur during stagnation at the top.
I wasn’t even sure if that was the case from the statement, seemed like they revoked the option of cartoon imagery. I expected that may be due to the complications of unrealistic body image associated with suggested age, to be vague enough to avoid an argument in my replies
A very simple I used it all the time until I got wireless earphones. It’s bizarre to think people just forget that headphones can be expensive so people still have wired ones
Ignoring the success and failure of agile and waterfall. Waterfall was just a way more enjoyable development experience for me. That would probably change if the cycle was lower though. Also doesn’t help that many managers I’ve had don’t follow the rules of agile/SCRUM. Seems like people use it as an excuse to be able to change things on any given day but those cycles are supposed to be planned, not the plans.
