Lol no. Its cost is around the 150 million mark
lol! love the downvotes due to personal preference.
I’m happy to get interest based ads so I’ll keep sticking with Chrome.
I must clarify yes, I click the start button to search for apps etc but rarely, if ever, utilise the start menu. Searching from the start button, makes the search icon redundant, unless there’s something I’m missing?
Lol start menu…who even clicks that these days?
Vivaldi is now my main browser. Sync works great. The sidebar is awesome.
You’ll get downvoted to oblivion for common sense logic because people’s biases are far stronger but who gives a shit about virtual popularity. I agree with you, it’s their service, it’s their terms. Fuck off if you don’t agree. I can see more and more that the Lemmy community loves their own echo chamber and hates anything that goes against it.

No I reckon you’ll probably replace in 5-7 years time because you’d want a larger one (game install size is starting to really get up there lately) and possibly to also get a faster SSD in the years to come? 5-7 years with PC parts is a long time. Nothing to do with failure at all.
I would go 32gb ram, and put the saved money into a better cooler. I have exact same and keeps my 5600x under wraps pretty well but don’t know how well it would fare with much more powerful CPUs, haven’t looked into any further benches since I bought it. For the case, I wouldn’t cheapen out too much. Case thermal performance is important too. Otherwise good build. Any reason why choosing Win10 over Win11?
Yes, I have not had any game installed on a HDD for many years now. And you’ll most likely get a new SSD in say 5-7 years anyway…
This is my brain except it’s deciding to solve supply chain problems for work
I doubt you’ll see a tangible speed difference.
Understood but generally I think the speed differences will be negligible. (without actually knowing the models to compare) Unless the 256Gb is nvme and the 1TB is SATA?
Same price? Go the m.2. If it were me, I’d clone the 256gb to the 2tb and piss the 256gb drive off.
Old context menu is still there. Need to do a regedit to make it default again.
