I hate peeling roasted/steamed aubergines and peppers, they’re hot and slippery and even thinking about the texture on my hands makes me feel sick, panicky and overwhelmed.

Luckily I can buy good ajvar in shops here (uk) these days, and I’ve even started even jars of chopped and peeled roasted aubergine flesh too.
