Hydrogen cars and trains.
Musk often operated using the “better forgiveness than permission” policy
Big difference between having a conversation and having a media company distributing propaganda.
The limits are only your imagination.
Yes and no
The Telco can say between what antennas you are. In urban areas with lots of antennas that’s still pretty accurate to almost say what building. Especially with 5G the number of antennas and accuracy go upto in some cases centimeter/inch accuracy so better than GPS. That last case would be in a mall with small antenna in each corridor.
In rural areas with data switched off that’s more like somewhere in that square mile, way worse than GPS.
Except Tesla’s uncle had brain damage and doesn’t really learn from the situation so will go it again, and had clones of him driving thousands of other cars.
Turns out there are after market mods for that. Spoiler, other front, flame paint job
That thing’s front and back are exactly the same. It saves on fabrication costs to use the same part but it gives a weird look.
not as fun as Reddit used to be
Reddit isn’t as fun as Reddit used to be either
Citroën Ami is available. Closer to $8000 and technically a quadricycle. All bare minimum to make it street legal.
Everybody forgot that chatGPT-2 was just a bullshitting machine. Version 3 to the surprise of the developers very useful to many people while they just made a highly trained bullshitting machine.
For a lot of producers, that’s not even true for ICE cars anymore. More safety features and emission regulations make them more expensive to produce relative to larger cars.
Let’s see some numbers that ads work.
Companies have tested this. A DIY chain ran an ad and people complained it was annoying, so they stopped running it. Their sales started to decline. Started running the ad again and sales went up.
Probably you’re not the target audience and just collateral damage in the ad war, but for the population in general they work.
Self checkout is often not the quick option for me. Accidental double scans, coupons, random tests all requiring assistance who is already occupied make waiting behind an old person a more consistent experience.
Small cars, small profits.
Now you have to convince millions of people to give you funding
There are examples of people doing this. Cooperatives can be owned by the workers or by the customers. They’re usually cheaper too.
They don’t have the “move fast and break things” mentality however because by nature they don’t have a billionaire sponsors, so it’s harder to complete in a venture capitalist world. It’s when big money dries up, like the great depression, when you’ll see them popping up.
They’re working on next generation air traffic control, that is automated and also can handle drones whizzing around next to flying cars, but developing that isn’t fast or cheap or deploy and will need extra equipment on the ground and in the cockpit.
That’s not the only reason why flying cars haven’t arrived. Getting a license to fly is about the price of a new car. Bad weather is no flying. Air Traffic Control can’t handle thousands of commuters. Flying cars are pretty big so parking is going to be even more of an issue.
And some just define “research” as clicking the next video in the recommendation list, a list carefully crafted by an algorithm to keep people engaged by feeding more of the same.
