Not a pro, but I’m using Endeavour os on a 1st gen Surface Go. it works fine but KDE has some touchscreen quirks I don’t like.

I’m sure you’d be able to just type your delivery address when you order. Is there a reason you would need to have it in a document and then copy and paste it?
