I’m actually using Ardour as my daily daw, very powerfull (check my profile if interested in libre music). Consider I made electronic music for many years with proprietary software.
Agree. I just feel bad for Nobara, a very good distro for gamers.

Do you have tags on your tracks? Old FLAC versions have issues with tags, resulting in crackling. Try to use flatpaks whenever possibile.

And that’s actually one of the reason to choose it, runit feels so smooth on old hardware!

If you are an advanced user voidlinux is very good for laptops, in my experience without systemd you have faster boot timings.

to buy a fire sticka software with a tv-like UI, where I can use a remote to visit streaming websites in an easiest way.
Archlinux has the best wiki and community for every type of issue.
