Is this denominated in strips of gold-pressed latinum? Because I don’t understand these numbers

Yeah, I saw an eighth generation i5 OptiPlex SFF that I thought was kind of tasty. Refurbished for under $500. I was just wondering if a modern RPi could actually handle the load. I used a few in school about 10 years ago, but I’ve heard they’ve become really far in that time.
BTW, I put in a request for quote on a refurbished ThinkCentre. I’ll let you know what they tell me. Here’s the link to the machine.

And that is…?
Edit: apparently, the cost had jumped from $55-$78. Still, at least $100 less than what it cost in 2016 when I was in school for an RPi 2. I’m having a huge amount of trouble finding scaler comparisons between RPi and standard server set up.
Genuinely asking: for the Rpi fans out there, what’s it actually capable of nowadays? Can I run a Plex server off of a single RPi?
I am looking to replace a 2011 iMac (i7-2600) as my Plex server, I’d like to know if a modern RPi could handle the load.
Advice, please?

Interesting project. Not sure who would prefer this over the web UI, but whatever.
Edit: installed it via docker. It’s kinda neat

Two other rather prophetic books from the mid-90s:
(1995) - Media Virus: Hidden Agendas in Popular Culture
(1999) - Coercion: Why We Listen to What “They” Say
Both books by Douglas Rushkoff, are basically a blueprint for how digital media and the Internet have been used to manipulate society and governments for the last 30 years.

First of all: one tears an ACL, and second: I could shoot ya through a window while sitting in my living room. How in the hell am I gonna tear either of my ACLs while chilling on the couch?
Keep dreaming, buddy

I’m in Florida, which is a “stand your ground” state.
You can try that “no warrant” shit here, and you’re gonna get your fucking head blown off
See you in the Supreme Court, motherfuckers

I remember this being common with PCIE cards, the ports would be upside down
Then again, I haven’t built my own rig in a very long time

You can do this with Fedora, I’m pretty sure you can do this with other distros
Popos even has a system recovery partition like a Mac

Asahi Linux now officially supports the M3!

macOS has been able to do this for over 20 years. Nice of Microsoft to catch up now that nobody wants to use the windows ever.

Will this be a special section under the wiki page for Sisyphus, or are they creating a new page?

Uuhh… cheers?

I am drunk and stoned, and even I damn well know that is some crazy shit you just said
