I don’t understand how it can get more expensive, let alone prohibitively expensive. Is it things like increasing costs of buying the engines to make the games from things like Unreal or something? I would have thought that building more helps develop the tools and skills to make it quicker and better next time.

Had this exact same thing happen to me for the first time recently on a product I was watching. I was confused at first because I’d been watching it for a while and thought maybe the new price hadn’t refreshed or something, because it was 0% off.
And we’ve got a nearby car dealership called CarHub with the same logo design as well. Doesn’t even sound close though.

Looks like it was released in 2022, and I haven’t been following the development but the github looks like it has changes as recent as two weeks ago. I had just assumed that the lack of apps is primarily the big streaming content providers not opting to allow apps on an OS without a shitload of telemetry because it’s not in their interest.
