A great trick for Garmin watches is that they make some high end models with sapphire glass. Get one of those used and you have top of the line stuff for a reasonable price, yet the glass never scratches so it will look like new…

But Polestar has signed collective agreements in Sweden.

The new ugly icon kinda matches the new content quality.

The small board that was above the numpad has all the smarts for the whole keyboard, so I had to follow the traces it was attached to and find a new location to wire it in at. Luckily the big PCB I cut in half is pretty simple so I could just visually see where everything went and run a new wire there.

I guess that’s debatable, I just wanted the mouse closer ;)

• Spectroid: what’s that sound? Do I hear that faint but annoying sound or just imagine it? With spectroid you can see the sound spectrum over time.

• Nova launcher: Lets you cutomize the home screen of your phone and make it just right. I like my apps a bit closer together in five columns instead of four. Nova launcher let’s me do this.

• Business calendar: it’s just so much better than the default calendar, especially if you have lots of meetings and need an information dense view.
