1 year agoIt shouldn’t be allowed for contracts of adhesion (take or leave it contracts for consumers). Mandatory binding arbitration should be limited to business to business negotiated contracts.

I’ve been there, it’s pretty crazy. There are a bunch of anti-government rants in front of the entrance that you can’t see from this picture, so this place has a pretty weird vibe.
