If you need to keep the budget down, you could probably find an end of service 2 in 1 Chromebook and make it a chultrabook.

Not all ARM chips are in phones, nor are they all locked down like one. There are several ARM devices and SBCs now where switching OSes is as easy as swapping out an SD card. Most do use uboot as a standard and some are even capable of utilizing UEFI.
I looked these up too after seeing them mentioned in an interview. Definitely vaporware. Reviews are not good. It’s very limited in its capabilities vs an actual laptop, build quality is meh at best, and the glasses are not very accommodating to the wearer.
Neat premise, not there yet.
I was just thinking of trying this with gnome mobile shell on mine! It looks like a great way to handle windows on gnome with touch
The pine note might be a better pick if colors not important in the pdfs
Got it, thanks. Sounds like the datas misrepresented, at best. I tried to look for myself but ooph those tables were responsive but not mobile friendly
Why? Just bc the brand doesn’t operate anymore doesn’t mean those cars vanished from the roads. There’s still Saturns and mercuries out there being driven daily.
PineNote could be a good option too
Gnome mobile shell
Someone didn’t dig far enough into the Settings Catalog (can’t say I blame them, there’s a lot there) and turn those off up the ladder. https://www.anoopcnair.com/disable-windows-spotlight-suggested-content-in-settings-using-intune/ This was one of the first policies I pushed out through Intune. Not one Suggested notification on our Windows machines since!
They do look a lot like a dorm trashcan from target lol
Iirc macOS Remote Desktop is based on vnc so you should be able to turn it on on your Mac and connect. I use it for managing a headless trashcan
I’m inclined to agree. I wasn’t a fan when I tried it on my EOL one as an option.
