3 months agoI just feel it’s weird how many people suddenly have an issue with the word “weird” now that someone used it against a Republican once. Oh, the humanity, for such a word to be (very accurately) applied, oh, the horror.

This is how you end up with people going “hey, what should we call a Metroidvania style game - oh yes, unlocking world games.” Sounds like a shit translation from 2005
6·4 months agoN64, and this is the one I actually grew up with. They took a chance, they fucked up by making an alien spaceship three-pronged dildoesque monstrosity, that wore out at mach speed - especially by normal gameplay in certain (coughMarioParty1cough) games. While I have tons of love and nostalgia for N64 and several games on it, it can’t excuse the controller itself.
